I am a Horry County Native, kin to the Hayes, Hardwick, Henderson and Johnson's of Dillon, Horry and Marion Counties of South Carolina.
I began selling real estate in 2002. Opened Grinstead Real Estate in 2006 and became a real estate broker in 2007. I've owned two real estate offices in the sixteen years of my career. The last fifteen years I spent selling Residential Homes, Resale Homes, New Construction Homes and Overnight Investment Cabins in Sevier County, The Great Smoky Mountains of Tenneesee.
I recently relocated back to Conway with my husband Richard to our old home place that we purchased in the eighties. My focus now is to list and sell properties within a 25 mile radius of my home and office.
I and Richard have worked in the Home Building and Home Service business practically all of our career. Together, we bring over 70 years of experience to the real estate industry. Richard, a Master Carpenter began his career back in the early seventies building in Chapel Hill, NC and along S.C. Coast line and on Ski Mountain in Gatlinburg, Sevier County, Tennessee.
We work closely with a team local experts and vendors in the development and sale of real property in and around the beaches.

I work as a Dual Agent only as needed and as long as both buyer and sellers agree in writing. I like for my clients to read blank Buyer and Seller Agency agreements in advance. I will answer questions and explain in it's entirety.
Taking time to read Buyers Purchase and Sale Agreement before you go out to look at properties can help you tremendously. More than not, you may be ready to write an offer, have a appointment and not want to slow enough to take the time that is require to review a contract in its entirety. This helps me where, I can have part of the offer half way filled out. Once you choose the right property for you. It easier to review the terms of the offer and present it to the other agent.
Buyer clients are required to get a pre-approval letter from your lender of choice or proof from a bank or investment company that you have the cash to purchase. I will assist in helping you locate a good lender. Sellers almost always insist that you present a pre-approval before accepting a offer.
